Antidote Communications UK Promotion Terms & Conditions 2025
The Promoter:
- The Promoter is Antidote Communications UK Limited (CN X) of 101 Victoria Street, Redcliffe, Bristol, BS1 6PU (Promoter).
- The Antidote Communications UK Promotion (Promotion) is operated by the Promoter.
Promotion Period:
- The Promotion will commence at 9:00am GMT on 20th November 2025 and end at 5:00pm GMT on 12th December 2025 (Promotion Period).
Promotion Details:
- Five winners will be selected from eligible entries. These five winners will receive a Prezzee gift card worth £500.
- The Prezzee Smart eGift Card, and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Prezzee’s Terms of Sale at: https://www.prezzee.uk/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: https://www.prezzee.uk/policies/terms-of-service/.
- Prezzee Smart eGift Cards expire 2 years after the purchase date.
- All prices and values in these Terms and Conditions are stated in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT, to the extent that any VAT is applicable.
Eligibility:
- The Promotion is open to UK-based HR professionals.
- Entry is open to UK businesses that hold a valid Company Number.
- Participants must be authorised by their workplace to enter the Promotion.
How to Participate:
- Create an AI carolling video using the Prezzee platform
- Share on LinkedIn tagging @Prezzee and using the hashtag #PrezzeeMagicalMoments and tagging two HR colleagues
- This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other competition or offer.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
Other Terms:
- If the Prezzee Gift Card is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift Cards with prizes of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
- The participants use of the Gift Card is entirely at their own risk. The participants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the participants acceptance and use of the Gift Card and the participants participation in the Promotion.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by a participants.
- The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.
- Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

By participating in the Promotion, participants hereby agree to Promotor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter's Privacy Policy.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other participants.
- Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
