Meet Ben Knight, Antidote's Newest Account Executive

March brought a new face to the Antidote team. Ben Knight joined us as an Account Executive, bringing a year of B2B PR experience across some of the most demanding corners of the tech landscape including cyber, quantum, e-commerce, AI, deep tech, and MSP domains.

We sat down with him to find out what drew him to Antidote, and what he gets up to when he's not shaping stories for some of the industry's most complex brands.

Why Antidote? What drew you to the team?

I really bought into the culture that Tom, Becca and the wider team are building. I appreciate the Kaizen principles, and wanted to work somewhere that jointly prioritises results, growth, and mutual respect. The agency is at a really exciting point of change, and to be part of that was a major draw.

Proudest achievement / craziest media opp you've pursued in your career so far?

Organising a journalist drinks event attended by top journalists from BBC, BBC Radio, The Telegraph, The FT, The Times, Sky, CNN and Computer Weekly. It was great to bring together such a strong group in an informal setting.

What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?

No two days are ever the same, which keeps things constantly engaging. I enjoy the continuous learning that comes with the role, especially when it involves unpacking complex ideas in tech and fintech. More than anything, I value the power of communication, turning in-the-weeds concepts into clear, compelling stories.

At the weekend most likely to be found doing what?

I'll usually be out listening to music, at the pub with my mates, or trying something new in the kitchen.
