We're thrilled to announce that we've appointed the excellent Georgia Bridges as Senior Account Executive, strengthening Antidote's bench of technical fluency across some of the most complex corners of the sector. Georgia joins us from a career spent shaping narratives for clients spanning quantum computing, fintech, AI integration, cybersecurity and real-time data platforms – categories where the gap between what a business does and how the market understands it can make or break commercial momentum.
We sat down with her to talk about why she chose Antidote, the work that has shaped her thinking, and what she's bringing to the team...

Why Antidote? What drew you to the team?
When I first spoke to Tom and the team, I was immediately struck by Antidote’s ambition as a small agency, both in terms of growth and the PR successes they’d already achieved. What really stood out to me was Tom’s perspective on AI. Rather than seeing it as something that might replace PR or media relations, which is what many believe, he talked about how it could be used to enhance and strengthen what we do. That balance between innovation and staying true to the power of communications really resonated with me, and made it an easy decision to want to be part of the team.
Proudest achievement / craziest media opportunity you’ve pursued so far?
One of the standout moments for me was going to the Bloomberg studios with the CEO of one of my clients. Watching him go live on air talking about AI was a proud moment in itself, but I also loved seeing everything that happens behind the scenes in a TV studio. It gave me a whole new appreciation for broadcast media, and it was just a genuinely exciting experience to be part of.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Don’t tell people your plans. Show them your results.”
I like this quote because it keeps you grounded. It’s easy to talk about ambitions and plans, but real impact comes from consistently putting in the work and letting the results speak for themselves. In both my personal life and in PR, this really resonates. Success in PR isn’t just about big ideas, it’s about execution, creativity, and building strong media relationships over time. When that effort turns into a secured interview or meaningful coverage, it’s incredibly rewarding because it reflects the hard work behind the scene.
What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?
For me, it’s all about the storytelling. I love the creativity behind PR, but also the process, taking a business that no one has heard of, really understanding what makes them tick, and uncovering their expertise. Then turning that into a story that resonates with journalists and audiences, and eventually seeing that business featured in national coverage talking about something they genuinely care about. That journey from unknown to recognised voice is incredibly rewarding, especially when it aligns with the company’s wider message.
At the weekend, you’re most likely to be found doing what?
I recently moved to London, so a lot of my weekends are spent mooching around different areas. I love going on long walks around the city, discovering new areas, trying out Italian restaurants and finding great coffee spots - as well as the occasional pub.
